NewstrAid has announced the return of their children’s Christmas card competition.
The competition is open to everyone aged 14 or under who is connected to someone who works or has worked in the sale and distribution of newspapers and magazines. The deadline for entries is Tuesday 31st October.
Katie Babooram, Welfare Manager for NewstrAid said, “We love holding this competition each year and receiving all the brilliant designs from children across the country. Anyone under 14 years who is connected to someone from the industry can enter. That connection can be through parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, siblings, cousins or even godparents.”
As well as seeing their design printed and used as the official NewstrAid card for 2023, the winning artist will receive a £50 Amazon voucher and the 2 runners up will each receive £25 vouchers.
Katie Babooram added “Although it might feel a bit early to be thinking about Christmas, it really is just a few months away and challenging any under 14’s you know to come up with a festive design could be a great way to keep them occupied during a weekend or during the October half term!”
