Help us raise £500!

We are inviting all our friends and supporters to take part in 5kMay to help us to raise money for news trade colleagues who are facing hardship.

It is really easy to take part. Between 1st and 31st May 2021 all you have to do is:

(1) Walk, run, swim or roll 5k – you can do your 5k anywhere, anytime with anyone. It’s about getting out and feeling good while you do it!

(2) Donate £5 to NewstrAid  – visit our Just Giving page to donate https://runforheroes.justgiving.com/get-involved?charityId=3085810

(3) Nominate 5 people to do the same – why not challenge your friends, family or colleagues?
